COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Due to COVID-19, Serendipitydu ensures all clients and staff are to follow the guidelines from Ottawa Public Health. Upon entering, clients must sanitize their hands, followed with a few screening questions. Clients are advised that they must wear a face mask/covering during the duration of their appointment. Clients are not permitted to bring guests as we are trying to limit the number of people within the salon. Clients should not bring outside food or beverages into the salon unless required for a medical condition. Workstations are two meters/six feet apart and dividers are equipped when the two meter/six foot distance cannot be maintained. Workstations and sinks are disinfected between clients. If a client is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 before their scheduled appointment, I must be notified and their appointment will be rescheduled. COVID-19 protocols must be followed until further notice by Ottawa Public Health.
